What do I do if I do not receive my PIN?
The PIN is issued to your account within 3 minutes of making your purchase. If you cannot find the message, double-check the email you registered with on the Talk Home website.
Sometimes, there is also a chance that a system-generated email is marked Junk or Spam. If you still cannot see it, contact us at cs-cards@talkhome.co.uk, or dial 0330 993 7339.

Are there any hidden fees to Talk Home Calling Cards?
No. There are no hidden fees with our calling cards.
We have been in the calling cards business since 1996. We have served millions of people across the UK and have been the UK’s most trusted calling card all these years.
You only pay for what you get. No strings attached, no sketchy fees.
When does my card’s validity start?
Your card’s validity starts from the day you make a phone call to our access number and input your unique PIN code in our system.
What happens after my card’s validity expires?
Once the validity expires, your Classic calling card is no longer usable. The balance on the card is non-refundable.
There is a workaround – switching to a rechargeable card. The credit does not expire and your card comes with a single unique PIN for life.
Am I eligible for reward points if I buy a Classic card?
Unfortunately, Classic calling cards do not come with any reward points that you can redeem later. To be eligible for reward points, please purchase a rechargeable calling card.
