What is a PIN
Personal Identification Number is a number that is required to verify your identity when using your calling card. Your PIN is sent via email, along with access numbers and other card information
What is a Local Access
Local numbers starts with 0330/0207/0208/0844/0845. Local access offers you more minutes on your calling card. Most Phone companies do not charge for local access numbers or may offer “Unlimited” local/national minutes, however please check with your service provider.
What is a Free Access
Toll Free numbers starts with 0800/0808 and are generally Free to the callers. Fees may apply if you are calling from payphone, hotels, or any other private phone system
What is a PINless dialling
Dial access number enter your PIN once and save by pressing #1, next time our system will recognise your phone number and you will not have to enter your PIN to make call. You can add/remove registered phone numbers as many time as you would like at no charge.
